Resolve the hard part first
Servicing, structure, phasing and sun angles get worked out at concept stage, not discovered on site. It costs nothing to move a riser on a drawing.
Method
Every appointment runs through the same eight stages. The point of the sequence is that decisions get made in the right order — and that you always know which stage you are in, what it produces, and what has to be settled before the next one begins.
Principles
Servicing, structure, phasing and sun angles get worked out at concept stage, not discovered on site. It costs nothing to move a riser on a drawing.
Cross-ventilation, deep shade, thermal mass and orientation do most of the work here. Mechanical cooling should be the last resort, not the first assumption.
Funding arrives in instalments. Every phase we plan leaves behind something complete and usable, so a pause never leaves a client with half a building.
Regular site meetings, written instructions and certification by the same architects who did the design. Supervision is not a service we hand off.
